You agree not to use Shellcraft Services, websites, or custom projects to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

• Intellectual Property: All creative, functional, and architectural components—including but not limited to source code, design, structure, logic, and content hierarchy—remain the perpetual intellectual property of Shellcraft (Ka Hei Chan), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• License to Use: Clients are granted a conditional, non-exclusive, non-derivative license to use, host, and maintain the delivered website or application solely for the express purposes and scope agreed upon at project commencement.
• Restrictions: Use of the website, application, or its elements for unrelated events, organisations, or purposes is not permitted without written approval from Shellcraft.
• Operational Continuity: Continued access and use are contingent upon the client's adherence to the original scope and context of engagement. Deviations, misalignments, or non-conforming implementations may result in adjustments to accessibility and usage rights at Shellcraft's discretion.
• Re-use Rights: Shellcraft (Ka Hei Chan) retains the right to reuse or adapt elements of any project for future personal, academic, or professional work.
• Copyright Notice: All components are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international treaties. No part may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without express written permission, regardless of jurisdiction.
• Enforcement: Unauthorised use will result in a DMCA takedown notice and may be escalated to formal mediation or legal proceedings under the appropriate jurisdiction.

By continuing to use any Shellcraft-developed website or application, the client implicitly affirms adherence to these terms as maintained and interpreted by Shellcraft (Ka Hei Chan).

Third-Party Content Disclaimer: Certain elements (e.g., client-provided text, licensed icons, or images not created by Shellcraft) remain the property of their respective owners and are not covered by this agreement.
